Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

• Breaking the law, or using the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or evasion of sanctions.
• Misrepresenting your identity, employer, licensing status, credentials, or affiliation.
• Uploading malware, attempting to bypass authentication or access controls, probing or scanning our systems without written permission, or accessing data that is not yours.
• Scraping, bulk-exporting, or reselling directory, professional, or user data.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or off-platform solicitations to users you have not connected with.
• Posting content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or infringing.
• Falsifying financial documents, credit records, or readiness evidence.
• Interfering with the Service's operation, including denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests.

2. Professional standards

• Maintain the licenses, registrations, and insurance required for your services, and keep your profile accurate.
• Do not guarantee funding, approval, credit results, or regulatory outcomes.
• Disclose material fees, commissions, and conflicts of interest before engagement.
• Treat client documents and financial information as confidential and use them only for the engagement.
• Respond to connection requests and client requests within the response time stated on your profile, or update it.

3. Data handling by recipients

If a business owner shares documents with you, you may use them only for the stated purpose, must not redistribute them without permission, and must delete or return them on request unless retention is legally required of you.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse, suspicious accounts, or security issues to support@bizanywhere.app. We may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify law enforcement where appropriate. We aim to give notice before enforcement unless doing so would create risk.
