Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account and profile information: name, email, phone, company, title, city and state, website, avatar, and business profile details such as industry, stage, employee count, and goals.
• Business content: documents you upload to the Vault, folders and tags, e-signature requests, tasks, goals, readiness checklist answers, credit portfolio entries you record, meeting notes, and messages.
• Professional network data: connection requests, shared documents, requests and follow-ups, and applications submitted by professionals (including institution, title, licensing identifiers, and states served).
• Integration data: metadata and records you authorize us to sync from third-party tools you connect.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, in-product events, approximate device and browser information, and error logs.
• Support data: feedback, bug reports, and messages you send us.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Provide, operate, secure, and support the Service and your account.
• Generate readiness scores, business health metrics, briefings, insights, and recommendations for you.
• Match and connect you with professionals and marketplace providers you choose to engage.
• Send transactional notifications, and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Automated features and AI

Some features generate summaries, briefings, and suggestions using automated processing of your account data. These outputs are informational, may be inaccurate, and are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not use your business documents or messages to train publicly available foundation models.

4. How we share information

• With people you choose: professionals you connect with, teammates, and recipients of documents or e-signature requests you send. You control and can revoke these shares.
• With service providers who host, secure, and support the platform (cloud hosting and database, storage, email delivery, analytics, and AI processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• With third-party tools you explicitly connect.
• For legal reasons: to comply with law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or us.
• In a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the CCPA/CPRA, or the GDPR, including rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and appeal of a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

• Access, correct, or update your profile and business data in the app at any time.
• Download or delete documents you have uploaded.
• Revoke document shares and end professional connections.
• Manage notification preferences in Settings.
• Request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing support@bizanywhere.app.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion we remove or de-identify personal information within 90 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Backup copies are purged on a rolling schedule.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level database access controls that scope records to the owning account, private document storage with signed, time-limited access URLs, role-based administrative access, and audit logging of sensitive events. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. See the Trust & Security page for details.

8. Children

BizAnywhere is a business tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes and contact
